When you book a call or send a message, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number and the topics you’d like to discuss. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how the website is used.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule conversations and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our custodian, CRM and secure document vault — and only as needed. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.
How we protect it
Client data is stored in encrypted systems with multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to the staff who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@hearthledger.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
